The staff working on this project will include local workers, as well as workers from outside of the area. The East side construction in 2024 saw 75% of the materials and labor procured from Pennsylvania. This project will also have approximately $15 million of economic impact to the area by the labor force alone.

Yes, the capital gift is a one-time cost. It can be paid in one lump sum or pledged out over a three-year period. The first installment is due prior to June 30, 2025.
This has not yet been determined. Updates and information on any potential reseating plan for the non-West stands, held prior to the 2027 season, will be shared at a later date.

o The new PAM Health Misitano Family Tower premium seating options will be put on sale and handled first. The process to place all new premium seating will start this year and is expected to continue through completion.
o The non-premium seating will be handled after we’ve completed seating the premium areas, with current West season ticket holders having priority on these seats.
o Current East suite holders will receive information separately on the new West executive suites, including instructions for indicating interest. Suites will be the first of the new PAM Health Misitano Family Tower seating options to go on sale.
