ADA seating will be offered in all new seating options being introduced on the West side.
The revitalization will introduce approximately 270 new ADA seats located on the West side of Beaver Stadium.
The process will kick off in 2025 with executive suites being the first option to be seated. Once we’ve completed the suites, we will turn our attention toward loge boxes and club seats. Non-premium seating will follow the sale of loge boxes and club seats.

- The completed PAM Health Misitano Family Tower will see an increased number of concourses, including a Field Level Concourse, Main Concourse and Upper Concourse. These concourses will more than double the space of the current concourses on the West side. The Field and Main Concourses will provide 360-degree access to the stadium.
- The Beaver Stadium Revitalization includes a variety of premium and non-premium price points and will have amenities to be more in line with modern stadiums. The premium spaces will include a suite, 25,000-square foot Schuyler Family Club, a 50,000-square foot Marzano Club, and loge boxes. The Schuyler and Marzano Clubs will offer year-round opportunities for private events and the Lubert Family Welcome Center will also be available to host events.
- The project will also add multiple new escalators and elevators to the West side, which will increase vertical circulation for fans.
- At completion, the PAM Health Misitano Family Tower will house multiple new concession points of sale locations, greatly enhancing the fan experience while also significantly increasing restroom space with just under 6,000 square feet between the Main and Upper Concourses. Fans will also see improvement in Wi-Fi with 135 new wireless access points and an increased Wi-Fi capacity through the completion of a densification project. Finally, the north videoboard will be upgraded, and there will be new ribbon boards on the West side intermediate and upper bowls.
- In alignment with Penn State’s commitment to global sustainability, the Beaver Stadium renovations will be designed with a high standard for energy efficiency, construction and eventual operation of the renovated stadium and with a commitment to achieving LEED certification.
This project will allow Penn State to host several events throughout the year that were not previously possible. The revitalization will also include the Lubert Family Welcome Center, which will not only welcome future Nittany Lions in the University’s recruitment process, but also welcome home alumni and bring in community events. The Lubert Family Welcome Center will be a year-round space that can host a number of events.
Tailgating is a key part of what makes game days in Happy Valley so special for Penn State fans and every effort will be made to maintain that great tradition. We anticipate that parking will remain largely the same over the next two seasons; though, due to the revitalization construction, we do not expect to be able to offer parking upgrades or relocations during the 2025 and 2026 seasons.
Reserve your space online today in the exclusive new West side at Beaver Stadium. From executive suites to loge boxes and club spaces, you will find the ideal seating to enhance your game day experience.
